An accomplished doc filmmaker, Colin is currently writing & directing his 7th feature doc, 90291: Venice Unzipped, about the growing income divide in America. He has created, directed and EP’d countless hours of award-winning TV programming and digital & branded content. And he is now an in-demand scripted storyteller. Colin is currently writing the screenplay adaptation of the historical fiction novel The Road Dance, attaching talent to his revisionist historical epic Savage Lands about the Lewis & Clark expedition, and in development on numerous other screenplays.
Colin is often found collaborating with his sister, Megan Raney Aarons, known together in the industry as The Sibs. They launched their boutique content creation company
